SP Fitness Solutions offers affordable, one–to–one and group personal training to clients at a venue of their choice, within the Halifax area of West Yorkshire.
ONE TO ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
The best personal trainers take into account every aspect of an individual’s situation, from their aerobic capacity to their stress levels, from their weight to the time they have available for exercise.
Working seven days a week until 9pm, our experts build all these factors into our programmes so that the process of getting fit is easier for you, not harder.
And at SP Fitness Solutions, we’ll even take the size of your personal space into account – designing your routines to fit into your home or workplace!
Nutrition and Diet Advice
This should be a key factor in all health and exercise programmes and the trainers at SP Fitness Solutions are qualified to produce diet plans and give nutritional advice as part of the service. Weekly diet diaries and nutritional reports can be used if helpful.
GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Group fitness classes for the whole family are proving very popular. At SP Fitness Solutions, our expertise spans the age range so that we can devise training sessions to encourage every member to give it their best – while giving you, as a family, a really fun time together. It’s a great way to instil good exercise habits in children, while revitalising older family members! Children under 16 train for free.
Get Fit with Friends and Colleagues
Don’t get bogged down at your desk all day – break the strain by organising some group fitness classes with your colleagues. We’ll come to you and your staff or colleagues at your workplace, early morning, during the lunch–hour or after work if you prefer. You decide – and we’ll design the programme to fit.
Or why not get a group of your friends together for some wonderful work–out sessions? Instead of you fitting in with an organised class, we can organise a class around you.

Antenatal and Postnatal Fitness
Exercise classes for pregnant women and mums who have just given birth are a very good idea (as long as there are no precluding medical conditions).

Everyone wants to look their best for the big day but sometimes pre–wedding stress and especially last minute dieting can simply prove too much – and the end result is a tired and washed–out look.
Be you bride, groom, bride’s mother, bridesmaid or guest, we’ll take you through a manageable fitness programme that will see you bloom at just the right time.
While we recommend that you establish an all–year–round healthy routine, we understand there’s nothing quite like booking a holiday in the sun to give you a nudge to get the body beautiful into shape.

At SP Fitness Solutions we will visit you for an initial consultation for free. At the meeting we will discuss your hopes and goals and the challenges you face in everyday life. We will ask you to fill in a health and lifestyle questionnaire so that we can evaluate your individual needs and suggest which direction to move in.
